Oak is one of the longest burning woods around, please do not compare these briquettes softwood briquettes (most commonly used in the UK), these briquettes are made exclusively from kiln dried oak with an average moisture content of between 8 - 10%.
Ecofire oak nuggets measure between 50 and 150mm in length and approximately 60mm diameter and can be used to replace coal or other smokeless fuels with a truly carbon neutral alternative with no loss of heat or performance. Locally produced to avoid needless double transport!
